Please be advised that Miami Dade County has advised us that we are required to collect 8% instead of the current 7.5% Utility County Service Fee. This small increase will be adjusted to all water/sewer accounts serviced by the City of West Miami on all water and sewer bills sent by the City effective immediately.

We are attaching a PDF copy of the letter issued by Miami Dade County Office of Pollution and Regulation/Regulatory and Economic Resources for your ready reference and as justification for this notice.

We apologize for any inconvenience this matter causes you.

It should be noted that our Water and Sewer rates remain unchanged.
