City Attorney; City Engineer
The City Council shall, by majority vote, appoint a City Attorney and a City Engineer. Such appointments shall not be for a period beyond the next regularly scheduled City Council election.
Such City Attorney shall be certified by the Florida Bar Association, and be in good standing with said Association. Such engineer shall be certified by the State of Florida as a registered engineer in the State of Florida.
The City Attorney and the City Engineer may be removed for cause at any time by an affirmative vote of four-fifths (4/5) of the City Council at any regularly scheduled meeting.
